Philadelphia 76ers Summer League Roster and Schedule

The Philadelphia 76ers are undergoing a youth movement, and a good way to add young, cheap players in a rebuilding year is to invite undrafted players to the summer league and judge which ones can make a difference at the pro level.

Wyatt, a prolific scorer at Temple, now gets a chance to prove himself (via PhilaPhans)

The Sixers are doing just that, inviting several former D-Leaguers and undrafted free agents. Here is what their summer league roster will look like, as announced by the team:

Khalif Wyatt, G – undrafted rookie out of Temple (20.5 PPG, 4.0 APG, 1.7 SPG)
James Southerland, F – undrafted rookie out of Syracuse (13.3 ppg, 5.2 RPG, 1.5 SPG)
Rodney Williams, SF – undrafted free agent signee out of Minnesota (10.1 PPG, 5.0 RPG, 1.3 BPG)
DJ Cooper, PG – undrafted rookie out of Ohio (14.1 PPG, 7.1 APG, 2.0 SPG)
Trevor Mbakwe, PF – undrafted rookie out of Minnesota (10.0 PPG, 8.7 RPG, 1.4 BPG)
Zeke Marshall, C – undrafted rookie out of Akron (13.0 PPG, 7.0 RPG, 3.7 BPG)
Michael Eric, C – D-League player for Canton Charge (8.1 PPG, 7.6 RPG, 1.7 BPG)
Michael Carter-Williams, PG – 76ers rookie, 11th overall pick (11.9 PPG, 7.3 APG, 2.8 SPG)
Justin Holiday, SG – 76ers sophomore, rostered player (4.7 PPG, 1.6 RPG, 1.7 APG)
Arsalan Kazemi, PF/C – 76ers rookie, 54th overall (9.4 PPG, 10.0 RPG, 2.0 SPG)

Brock Motum, F – undrafted rookie out of Washington State (18.7 PPG, 6.3 RPG, 0.8 BPG)

The Orlando Summer League runs from July 7th to July 12th, and the Sixers schedule is as follows: vs Houston Rockets (July 7th), vs Indiana Pacers (July 8th), vs Oklahoma City Thunder (July 10th), vs Orlando Magic (July 11th), summer league playoffs (July 12th).
