The Philadelphia Flyers will finally be back to full strength along the front line, with winger Matt Read set to return tonight against Buffalo according to the team’s beat writers.

Read has missed the Flyers’ past six games with a concussion; before his injury, he had 10 goals and 9 assists in 39 games.

The lines figure to be something like this going forward: Raffl-Giroux-Voracek, Simmonds-Schenn-Hartnell, Lecavalier-Couturier-Read, Downie-Hall-VandeVelde. Considering he was benched recently and has just been mediocre over the past couple weeks, Downie figures to be the 4th liner over any of the other Top 9 forwards.
