POLL: Who is most responsible for Eagles front office turmoil?

With the firing of Tom Gamble, many Eagles fans are concerned about discord within the Philadelphia front office. So, we here at Khandyman Sports want to know: who do you look at as the prime culprit?

Jeffrey Lurie: Many, including Geoff Mosher, cite Lurie’s toxic management structure as the reason for so much turnover in recent years.

Howie Roseman: Some believe that Roseman has systematically eliminated those who could challenge him for the General Manager position (a.k.a people with player personnel backgrounds who have been brought in to advise).

Chip Kelly: Others think that Kelly and Gamble’s relationship was going to evolve into a method for giving Chip control over player personnel and roster decisions; maybe Chip was interested in total A-to-Z control of the football team, causing friction with his GM.
